Period. Just to let everyone know...
but if you happen to want to fix the suckyness you can:
1. Open Quickime
-Go to Edit: Prefrences: Quicktime Prefrences
-Go to the Audio Tab
-Change the set rate to 44.1 kHz
-And the size to 16
2. Open iTunes
-Maximize the volume in it
-And lower the Windows volume
And hope fully one or both of those will help your skipping problem (if you had one). Well they worked for me, and Apple's instructions suck so I just wanted everyone to know
Never been a fan of Itunes or the ipod. Why would I want to pay just as much for a cd but get less quality AND additional DRM which up until now hasn't been cracked. Copy protection on cd's never lasts long and in the meantime I have full quality and full control.
The only thing that strikes gold with me in the ipod is the look of the thing but that won't make me shell out more then I payed for my minidisc which has superior soundquality
Amarok and mplayer are the only media players I really care for.
XMMS, WinAmp, BMP/BMPx, and VLC are good too.

And yes, iPods & iTunes suck, anyone who uses them is just trying to be "fashionable" as they are probably the worst products on the market.
I never like iTune or iPods. I feel that Creative Zen is much better.
id rather use realplayer out of any of them... IF i had an ipod...
...but.... ever seen an ipod hit with a hammer?... no.. well if i had one, i would who you pictures.
