I am sure that most of us here have multiple email accounts scattered on GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Lycos, Excite etc..

So which Webmail is best in blocking SPAMS? What do you think?
Zac
Gmail and Yahoo are pretty close to being the best but I had to choose Gmail

I choose Gmail as well.. It blocks let say 95% of SPAMS, thats why I aint too worried about emails from Squally anymore

I use gmail and sometimes something gets through, but not often.
Does Box Trapper count? i use that on CPanel hosting's webmail and it would require a person to follow the instructions on the email. This would filter out bots from humans. Of course there are evil sheming people too but then they won't be so free as to follow the instructions given
The next best? yeah google, i agree
For me Yahoo mail is the best. My email acct in Yahoo mail can recognize a spam email accurately.
i think gmail is the best in spam block
gmail... gmail... gmail...
It has served me since... well I think when it started. Go Gmail!
I've only used two webmail accounts, one hotmail and one with my team. The hotmail one automatically got spamdexed >_<
The one with my team is fine, our web host [total choice hosting] gives us like unlimited webmail accounts so most members have them including me. So far I only get spam on my personal account /w a well known telicomm company.
I prefer yahoo.because I live in china.so I use mail.yahoo.com.cn.yahoo mail have clean style and the best in spam block.
Moreover gmail spam block (collaborative spam black list), there is gmail filters which rules you can setup to sharpening spam detection! It's only missing a header function filtering by now, but their support team is great and I have faith my requests fulfilled
GMail is the best.
3k+ spam in the Spam Box and not 1 spam got to the Inbox.
I have a Gmail account from when it first started, I never gave anyone the address but logged into it about a month ago after it being dormant for years (surprised it was not shut down) to find about 150 spam emails, so I wouldn't put in my vote for Gmail. Not sure who I would vote for though, as I don't really use webmail (I suppose the Hotmail spam filters work pretty well, I hardly ever get any spam at all on there)
Sweet, were the spam emails in the spam filter?

If so, then it is doing it's job quite well.
I vote for gmail too, I get about 5-10 a day without really ever giving out my email to websites, but none of it gets into my main mail. I think it has only bypassed my spam filter twice since they started beta.
Hotmail is trash! I have like 2-3000 emails of just spam, so I don't even bother checking it.
i prefer gmail, because it is customizable
