Hypercard, the best user-oriented developing platform at all.
1) Hypertalk, The HC programming language, is plin and really similar to the english language.
2) The Player of Hypercard is free and freely downdable.
3) Metacard (Free with some limitation in the programming) and Revolution (actually the best. Free trial and relatively good price) are available for Win-Linux-Mac-Dos and use fairly Hypertalk.
4) There is a lot of free software on the web related to HC.
