i've pending this thing about 6 month with no answer... its just to difficult to think about it... please give me some recommendation, and please also give the brand name of the products, thanks alot !
Dude,

All components that you're looking forward to upgrade need more information.

1. What CPU are you currently using? (Intel - LGA 775 / AMD - Socket A, 754, 939, 940, Socket M)

2. You can choose SATA-II based HDD with native command queueing depending on the motherboard that you're gonna purchase.

3. What memory you're using currently (DDR, DDR2 - with the current speed of your RAM and the CAS latency)
If you can only afford one, I'd say go for the hd and save up to buy the other parts later on, appart from solid state hd's I doubt a lot of things are changing on that front (correct me if I'm wrong guys).
Buy memory 1st if you dont have an uregency of HDD it will increase your system speed motherboard is not a good option as maybe u have to change memory if not compatiable with ur new board. So better change memory
Save up for Motherboard and Memory together. Wait, what type of memory fo you have? DDR? DDR2?
