What is the safe Payment Methods for online transaction on a commercial website that selling stuff?
Paypal is the safest in my opinion, but its fee are also expensive to some.
How about E-Gold, it's the same like Paypal right ?

Paypal is one of the greatest but not the safest, because nowadays there are much more spammers in percent and their destination is paypal. I read that on some IT news.
Paypal is probably the safest if you have an Anti-Phishing device on your PC. Many hosts allow payments to be sent through Paypal, which truncates many of the hassles you go through when entering Credit Card information.
People who get phished , get phished as they were not vigilant, there are lots of things that give away a fake paypal email, the best one is that a fake email will not be addressed to your real name, but something like
Dear Paypal User
Keep such points in mind and paypal is definitely the safest.
I have heard some stuff about people forcing Paypal to get their money back AFTER paying for something. I dont know the rules, but it would be disastrous for anyone.
Always make sure you are dealing with a genuine site. Paypal is my only option atm, but I dont think its the safest.

You guys can try that as well. They charge a slightly lower fee compared to Paypal but the thing is that moneybookers does not support as many countries as paypal does.
I used to use Neteller to fund my online poker accounts, so I know that they have merchant accounts. It's another option. I haven't used it for about 5 months though so it might have changed, but it's worth a look.

Online Payment services being worked on, but as far as I know, they haven't proved out, just yet. I think it would be a good service, if people would post various Online Payment Methods so other people could rate them and post their experiences.

in my opinion Paypal is the best option, but some countrys not listed in the supported countries list. so u can go for moneybookers. if u using it for a website best is 2co (2 Checkout) & 2nd is GoogleCheckout

I would definatly use paypal, its the most safe and secure, no matter what anyone tells ya.
