Hello,
Wow sounds good for building your site, i should try it out. can you explain a bit more whats it about, is it like feed or whenever you submit site your to search engines or anything it will track it or something to give you higher pr or anything.
@itzfeng: Since PR is calculated based on the numbers of links u have from other sites (backlinks) and the PR of those sites, having higher PR sites linked to you would increase your chances of obtaining a higher page rank.
Hello,
Oh so by adding these feeeds or social marking site it would give me that benefit?

How about more traffics/visitors, do they give you higher page rank or anything.

Oh yeah if what you mention above the backline of those sites are same pr or lower then me will i have any chance of optaining higher page rank or anything? or i remain the same but just improve their pr.
Dont these sites use the nofollow tag ?
Thanks for the info. I never really understood what they were all about but I might try this for my new site. Thanks. Smile

Social bookmarking is only one of the techniques that fall under the umbrella classed as web 2.0 marketing. You can also build a presence for your website on site such as Myspace and Facebook. Then network and get lots of friends on each site. This will start the ball rolling for building the pr of your myspace , face book sites. You can also build backlinks to them(myspace and facebook pages) by using their url in quality blog and forum posts. If their pr increases are relevant to your primary website it will increase the pr of your primary big time as it is relevant high pr links that are coming to your primary site. There is a right way to build a market presence on Myspace . I will post later a link on how to do it right and how to add friends right so that you can market from these sites too as well as using them as high pr backlinks.
Wow. Furl has PR8? Never knew that. Right now I only use Digg and Del.icio.us. I may try to consider Furl now.
Thanks for your information.
