Yeah, PLDT is the best. Bayantel gave us UNLITIMED dial-up. Thats it.

I asume that the connection test don't work proper for you neither, sometimes I get up to 277mbits myself.

EDIT:
For the hell of it I did another test. This time its wireless, 2 rooms away with metal bars between rooms. You'll never expect this coming.
About half more than my previous test in download speed, and more than twice my upload! WOW..
