Hey all,

I got Windows Vista Home Premium.
My dad does own every other vista os legally btw. Wink

So my question is is Windows Vista DreamScene x86 compatible with Vista Home Premium x32Innocent
x86 is 32bit. x32 doesn't exist.

x86 = 32bit
x64 = 64bit

If you're curious on why it's called x86: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X86

EDIT: You probably want to make sure your gfx card is able to run it good also.
I thought it meant the bit amount lol.
tnx btw
Yeah it should work fine.
Look into adding Deskscapes as well.

I like the Dreamscenes with my Vista Ultimate x64 but Deskscapes has nice animated backgrounds as well. http://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/

These are the people who made Dreamscenes for Microsoft if I am not mistaken and then decided to expand on the product by making it compatible with other versions of Vista other than Ultimate.
Its A Windows Vista Ultimate Extra Just get Deskscapes instead then

Not really. x86 is the architecture. 64-bit CPUs are still x86.

x86-64 is a 64-bit superset of the x86 instruction set architecture.

x64 is just marketing so people know it's 64 bit.

x86 in marketing just implies 32 bit.

Quote:
As the x86 term became common after the introduction of the 80386, it usually implies a binary compatibility with the 32-bit instruction set of the 80386. This may sometimes be emphasized as x86-32 to distinguish it either from the original 16-bit x86-16 or from the newer 64-bit x86-64 (also called x64).

As for OP, Dreamscene is Ultimate extra only. Check out the other link Dream Master suggested.
