Left looks real, but I'm kinda skeptical on the big red patch thing.

I think the right is fake because i have read both the home and professional ones and I know that the start bar doesn't go right to the bottom on the real one. The one on the right does so that gave it away.

Also, most legit ones come with that big red sticker.

The genuine version is the one on the right, while the one on the left is a high-quality fake that fooled even some at Microsoft. We also goofed, initially listing it backwards ourselves.

gees, that really shows that some people know how to make a good quality fake. Although i did consider the Microsoft logo was too far up but it was the start bar that convinced me to pick the right one.

Gut feeling tells me the left one is fake.
