FREE Hosting - Terms of Service - Feb 2008

1 Opening an Account: You must be 14 years old and above to open an account. Only 1 account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be detected and terminated.

2. Applying For An Account: You must filled up all fields in the Application Form System (WHMCS) with valid and legitimate details. Please allow a couple of hours or more before your account gets activated for security reason. Only 1 account per person is allowed. Also Please See TOS #13 below.

3. Content: Any website content that is against ZoomCities policy or supports illegal activities will result in instant deactivation of your hosting account. Any Pornographic or Racist or anything along those lines is also prohibited. Your Hosting account must only be used for website only!

4. Spam:Mass sending e-mails to people who you don’t know (E.g. Never met them in your life, Don’t know ZoomCities, etc.) via a ZoomCities e-mail account is not permitted.

5. Scripts: IRC Chat Room, nulled or unlicensed commercial scripts are not allowed. No PROXY scripts allowed

6. Files: mp3, mpg, divx and other variants of files are not allowed due to possible copyright issues. You are not permitted to upload software that was made by others to your site (e.g. MSN Messenger, FireFox, vBulletin).

7. Support: Support can be achieve in the ZoomCities Forum - www.zoomcities.com/forum If you are unsure of something, please ask the administrator or a moderator (Ask a Moderator first) . If you don’t and something goes wrong, then the responsibility is yours alone.

8. Backup and Files: All ZoomCities Hosting Accounts are checked regularly, including hidden files. Although we make regular backups, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to backup your own data. ZoomCities will NOT be held liable of data loss of any sort.

9. Upgrades: You will be eligible to have your accounts upgraded in our New Quick Activation Hosting system, please see the ZoomCities Forums for more info.

10. Abuse: Abuse such as using another’s webspace and hacking other ZoomCities sites will not be tolerated.

11. ZC Forum: The ZoomCities Forum Rules must also be followed, along with the Hosting Rules. If you break any of the rules, then your hosting account may be suspended and/or removed.

12. Contact Details: These MUST be correct. On registration to this forum, a confirmation email will be sent to your e-mail address.

13. Website/Account Activity: You must produced a valid content on your site 24-72 hours after registration. You must also login to your hosting account at least every 30 days. Failure to do so will result in account termination!

14. Advertisements: Advertisements on ZoomCities hosted websites are welcome, as long as they don’t advertise something offensive, other hosting services but you are NOT allowed to place Google Adsense or similar schemes.

15. ZC Mini Banner: You must place this on your website, it must be done within 48 hours once your hosting account is created. Those who receive a free domain name from ZoomCities are also required to put the ZC button on their website. If you own a TLD and will be hosted at ZoomCities, the ZC Mini Banner is also required to be displayed on your site.

16. Required Files: Please leave files that come pre-installed in your account alone.

17. Account Termination/Cancellation: ZoomCities reserves the right to decline your hosting request for any reason at all. ZoomCities may also terminate your hosting account at any time without any prior notice if you did not comply with the hosting rules. However, 7 days notice given for account termination in other circumstances.
